SMP 1051N - Exercise Principles
This course explores the effects that physical activity and related factors have on athletic performance. Students will investigate the physiological basis for exercise and training, with special emphasis on the skeletal, cardio-respiratory, and neuromuscular systems. Students will also explore the effects of ergogenic aids and environmental factors on athletic performance.
