MTH 1022A - Calculus II |

A continuation of Mathematics 1021A. The fundamentals of
integral calculus, with special emphasis on problem solving.
Topics include a study of logarithms and inverse
trigonometric functions; anti-differentiation, introduction
to differential equations; the definite integral; improper
integrals; Riemann sums, area, volumes and surfaces of
revolution; methods of integration, sequences and series.
Technology is used extensively. Graphic programmable
calculators are required.
Prerequisite: C- or better in MTH 1020A or MTH 1021A
or equivalent or challenge exam.
