MKT 3151N - Services Marketing
The primary purpose of this course is to provide students with an opportunity to learn how to examine the distinctive theoretical and practical concepts of services marketing. Topics discussed include: analyzing services marketing; improving service quality and productivity; positioning a service in the global marketplace; using technology to enhance decision-making processes; and managing the customer service function. Students will develop their knowledge, abilities and dispositions associated with the effective implementation of service marketing strategies. Prerequisites: MKT 1033N and MGT 1001N or permission of instructor.
