MGT 6394 - Global Business Strategy
MGT 6394 is the capstone course of the MBA program. Students will be expected to utilize their personal, professional, and educational experience in a team-oriented learning environment. The course employs a challenging, multifunctional, web based business simulation to develop and test common business strategies in a competitive environment. This entrepreneurial endeavor will require participants to focus on strategic business planning, interpersonal dynamics, and critical thinking skills in order to run a successful company. The interdependencies between functional business units will be explored and assessed. A successful management team will integrate the aforementioned elements resulting in a profitable business venture. Prerequisite: 30 graduate credits, including all MBA core courses, and a minimum of 3.0 overall GPA.
