MGT 2017N - Principles of Labor Law
This is a professional business-related course that provides students with an understanding of the important components and principles of labor law and how these laws affect employers, employees, and their union. Major focus will be on how the intent of the law, its interpretations and applications, has an impact on organizing, collective bargaining, the right to strike, and other employment- related activities within the field of labor-management relations.
