FIN 6392 - Internship
For those students desiring to gain practical experience in business, Dowling College's Graduate Business Program offers an internship experience for two semesters under the supervision of the instructor and sponsorship of a firm. Internship options are limited in number depending on the needs of the sponsoring firms. In the Internship Project, the student will be required to identify, analyze, and offer alternative solutions to a business problem in an actual business environment. The student's performance will be evaluated by the firm's management and the business faculty. Grading is Pass/Fail. A student must have completed twenty-four graduate credits prior to enrollment in the Internship. FIN 6392 is the first course toward an internship experience. Prerequisite(s): 24 graduate credits in business studies.
