|FIN 4173N - Multinational Finance|
This course is designed to teach students how to solve the
financial challenges of a multinational firm or company that
operates in a foreign economy. Specific topics of short-
term cash management, transfer pricing, and long-term
financial management, including capital budgeting and
capital structure in an international market are analyzed.
Strategies that reduce firm's foreign exchange exposure
will be analyzed. Assessing stock market and inter-
national portfolio opportunities and dealing with
hyperinflationary currencies will also be discussed.
Prerequisite: FIN 3087N or permission of instructor.
