FIN 4163N - Advanced Corporate Finance
Theories of firms' investment and financing decisions are covered. Cases will be used that will help students to develop their analytical and interpretative knowledge and abilities in solving unstructured real world problems.Topics discussed include financial forecasting and working capital management; capital budgeting and cost of capital; and capital structure, dividend policy, corporate financing. Prerequisites: FIN 3087N and FIN 3162N or permission of instructor.
