This performance-based course provides an opportunity to identify new and effective ways of teaching mathematics. Emphasis is on cognitive development and learning strategies in children's mathematical thinking. Prerequisite(s): Initial Track: EDH 5370, EDH 5385, EDH 5351, EDL 5500; Professional Track: EDH 5385, EDH 6377; Childhood/Early Childhood Dual Certification Program Majors: EDH 5370, EDS 5402, EDH 5351, EDL 5500.
