ACC 3071N - Accounting Theory & Practice I
A detailed study of the theoretical and practical aspects of the conceptual framework of financial accounting, including an in-depth examination of generally accepted accounting principles. Emphasis will be placed on asset valuation and financial statement reporting as required by the pronouncements of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Financial Accounting Standards Board and other professional regulatory associations. Prerequisite: ACC 2002N.
