EDE 8721 - Personnel Administration
This course examines the application of systems of individual and group behavior to the practical concerns of a school and district setting. In conjunction with the New York State Excellence and Accountability Program, staffing, collective bargaining, contract interpretation, employee assistance programs, personnel policies and staff morale are prime concerns. Case studies will be used to demonstrate application of the systems discussed.
