EDE 8711 - School Law
This course examines federal, state and local laws and regulations which exert an ever-increasing influence on educational policy and practices. The emphasis will include the basic elements of law and their sources, constitutional law, tort and liability law, labor relations, child custody, and federally mandated laws such as I.D.E.A., Sec. 504, and the A.D.A.
