EDE 6631 - Emerging Tech Diverse Classrms
This course provides students the opportunity to examine and become familiar with the latest technology for the classroom including PDAs, document cameras, tablet PCs, digital video cameras, remote mice, flash key pen drives and other digital tools that can be used to enhance learning. Some classes will take place in the lab on campus and other classes will be on-line. This course requires reflection, research, analysis and hands-on applications of digital software and hardware for teachers, administrators and students. Students will create a variety of lesson plans that demonstrate their understanding of these tools for classroom and administrative use. Discussion will center on how these technologies can be integrated and used to benefit students, teachers, administrators, teaching, learning and research.
